Who we are
Little Grammar is a tuition service based in Bromley and South London. For the purposes of UK GDPR, the tutor operating this website is the data controller.

What we collect
There is no account system on this site. We only collect personal data if you choose to get in touch.
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you send. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your child’s year group, postcode, preferred lesson format, subjects, and the content of your message.
Please do not send special category data (for example detailed health information) through the form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to reply, understand whether tuition is a fit, and — if you ask us to — arrange lessons. The legal bases under UK GDPR are:
- Legitimate interests — responding to people who contact a tutor (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Steps prior to entering a contract, where you are asking about lessons (Article 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep it
This website does not store contact-form submissions in a database. A successful send is delivered to our inbox by email. We keep that message only as long as we need it for the conversation, arranging lessons, or a legal obligation, then delete or anonymise it.
Processors and hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel, Inc. When you visit a page or submit the form, Vercel processes the request on our behalf (IP address, technical logs, and the form payload in transit).
Contact-form messages are sent using Resend (Resend, Inc.) so they reach the tutor inbox. Resend processes the details you submit, plus standard delivery metadata.
Vercel and Resend act as processors under our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising networks on this site today.
International transfers
Vercel and Resend may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK GDPR — typically the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The site may use strictly necessary technical storage required to run the page.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
